Production Assistant

Fraser Valley Gleaners is seeking a Production Assistant to act as support in all areas of production, converting reclaimed vegetables into humanitarian aid to feed the hungry around the world in Jesus’ name.  Practical, mechanical aptitude, friendly, and a team player wanted. The Production Assistant will play a key and vital support role to the Production Managers in all areas of the day-to-day plant operations. Responsibilities include setting up and supervising workstations, volunteers, and product flow while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Forklift certification and manual transmission experience are assets, but training can be provided for the right candidate. 35 hours/week and $22-25/hr depending on experience.
