Position Overview:
Regent Christian Academy (RCA) seeks a passionate and dedicated educational professional to join our team. This individual will teach the HS Theatre Production courses.
- Start Date: August 26, 2025
- Full-Time Equivalency: 0.375 FTE

- Salary Range: $22K – $30K depending on training and years of experience

We are dedicated to reinforcing Biblical principles, building Godly character, and equipping students to positively impact society.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing training around sound and lighting systems and production and contributing to the drama and chapel programs.
The candidate will work closely with the High School Vice-Principal, High School teaching staff, and the Principal to ensure we do our best for our students and their families.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education degree
- Valid British Columbia or other Canadian province’s teaching certificate
- Thorough understanding of sound and light equipment
- Experience in sound production and light systems as well as set design, production hierarchy, production management, marketing, and stage management
- Innovative mindset towards growing RCA’s high school and reputation
- Outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills with youth and adults alike
- Strong organizational and collaborative abilities
