CORE Celebration is a citywide worship gathering featuring a rich musical program including choir, instrumentalists, singers, and many local musicians from the professional and church communities within our city.

The next CORE Celebration concert is scheduled for Sunday, Feb 22 at 3:30pm at Grace Presbyterian Church. Our feature speaker is Sue Lieske. For over twelve years, Sue has been involved with Search for Jesus, an Internet Evangelism arm of the Billy Graham Association. Search for Jesus engages people with the Gospel, creating online opportunities for them to access, understand and apply it to their lives. Sue will share the impact this amazing ministry has had worldwide and how you, as a follower of Jesus, can share your faith without leaving your home. The Billy Graham Association is well known for excellence in sharing the Good News. They will train you and support you in reaching seekers for Jesus!

And our guest musician is Lauren Woods. Laure is a Calgary-based singer, teacher, actor, composer and visual artist. She completed degrees in vocal performance (MRU), Opera (UBC), and a Master’s in Voice Performance (Schulich School of Music at McGill University). She has competed and toured internationally and performed roles with multiple Opera companies and symphonies across Canada. Lauren is a chorister and a featured soloist with Calgary’s Juno-nominated Luminous Voices. Aside from performing, Lauren is a clinician and a prominent teacher of voice and piano in Alberta.
