More about the Ministry

At Adult & Teen Challenge, staffing positions are grounded in the identity of a bible-based ministry, rooted and founded on the Word of God. We expect each member of our team to actively embrace and participate in the biblical practices that guide our work and mission.

Our ministry depends entirely on the Holy Spirit, acknowledging that is what can truly change lives.

Discipleship and the Jesus factor remind us that Jesus is the Difference Maker, and every staff member is encouraged to walk closely with Him.
