EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

With a longstanding presence in the industrial services sector, Aqua Fast Flush (AFF) and Dambro Environmental are leaders in specialized maintenance solutions, serving industries like food processing, agriculture, and emergency waste management. The companies are known for high-pressure cleaning, sludge removal, and confined space services, operating with the highest safety and regulatory standards. As AFF and Dambro continue to expand, they are looking for a Director of Operations (DOO) who brings a robust understanding of industrial service management and is committed to building a best-in-class operational team.

The primary responsibility of the DOO is to optimize the operations of the companies, and lead with an unwavering commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role is dedicated to advancing operational excellence through continuous improvement, innovative technology, and strategic oversight, ensuring reliable, responsive, and compliant service delivery across all sectors they serve.

Aqua Fast Flush fields a large and versatile service fleet along with trained technicians who are ready to respond to our customers’ calls fast. Industries from across southern and southwestern Ontario count on our crews to arrive with the right equipment to deliver the complete drain cleaning solutions they need.

Located in Hamilton, ON, Aqua Fast Flush is a complete solutions provider for above and below drainage issues with clients in both the private and public sector. With more than 30 years of experience, Aqua Fast Flush is seeking a results-oriented Director of Operations to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business or another related degree, required.
5-10 years’ experience in a high-level leadership position with a proven track record of success.
Experience managing managers/supervisors, required.
A thorough understanding of project management, required.
Experience of leading groups with 50+ employees, preferred.
Familiarity with EOS or similar business operating systems, preferred.
Must have a demonstrated and successful track record in setting priorities, shaping processes, guiding investment in people and systems, and developing an infrastructure that creates a stronger and more efficient organization.
Able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and goals.
Must be collaborative, an innovative thinker, decisive, strategic, and have a strong results orientation.
Must be capable of handling multiple priorities and extensive time demands.
Must have a high level of personal integrity.
Must have excellent collaboration skills and the ability to generate flexible and creative approaches to problem solving.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have excellent computing and analytics skills, including high proficiency in MS Office products.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday as well as the occasional evening and weekend.
