As a member of the management team, the Assistant Director of Care helps coordinate the daily provision of Complex Care to the 98 seniors who reside in our Long Term Care home.
The ADOC supports our Director of Care in managing the RNs, LPNs, RCAs, and professional Allied staff, being a clinical resource to staff, a liaison with external medical professionals, and establishing procedures to maintain our high standards of care.
