Camp Director

Are you a mission-minded leader with a heart for the Gospel and a passion for discipling young people? Hope Bay Bible Camp is seeking a Camp Director to lead our year-round camp ministry on Pender Island, BC. This role provides oversight of all camp operations, including programming, staff and volunteer leadership, and overall ministry direction. It’s a unique opportunity to combine vision, pastoral care, and hands-on leadership in service of the Gospel through camping ministry.
