Director, Philanthropy Performance B2C – World Vision Canada
This executive search is conducted by Nelson/Kraft & Associates on behalf of World Vision Canada
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
World Vision Canada (WVC) is looking for an experienced fundraising professional, thought leader, encourager, and connecter to join their team as Director, Philanthropy Performance B2C.
The Director, Philanthropy Performance B2C will lead the strategy, capability readiness, and relationships that will achieve revenue objectives through the Major Gifts and Middle Donor Teams. The incumbent will develop detailed, data-backed plans and establish priorities that will build high-performance teams of front-line fundraisers nationally. This Director will work collaboratively and synergistically alongside the Director, Philanthropy Operations, and other teams in WVC and World Vision globally, to ensure that the market facing teams are equipped for success and can aspire to spend 80% of their time engaging directly with donors and prospects. Leading by example, this role expectation includes personal engagement with top-tier stakeholders and high-net-worth donors, and as needed large corporations and foundations. In addition, this strategic leadership role will ready and equip the fundraising teams and the Executive Office for accelerated revenue growth, and build long-term philanthropic strategies, processes, and programs – some from the ground up. This Director role reports to the Vice President, Philanthropy and Partnerships.
If you are a seasoned fundraising executive and ambassador of World Vision’s vision and mission, we would love to connect with you!
