The Canadian Christian Business Federation Presents “BIZ Groups” For Churches Designed Specifically for Business Leaders

The Canadian Christian Business Federation (www.ccbf.org) invites your church to consider participating in an exciting program to engage business/workplace leaders in your congregation.

Studies find that business leaders often feel alone and unsupported at work, even those who place their personal faith in Jesus Christ. This can contribute to business leaders feeling unfulfilled by traditional church programming.

With over 300,000 small businesses in Canada, it is likely your church is built with the contribution of small businesses. For over 30 years, CCBF has responded to the many business leaders who feel the weight of this responsibility and need support from people who understand their unique challenges.

Our goal is to support and enable every Canadian Christian business leader to grow and transform their business into a thriving, successful enterprise based on the love, grace, and wisdom of Jesus and become part of the living body of Christ. We believe that thriving, successful businesses can transform our communities, physically and spiritually, as we “Connect our Sunday faith to our Monday work.”

Using our successful ministry model for business leaders, CCBF has developed a business leadership program for churches called BIZ Groups that meet once a month to study and apply Biblical Leadership Principles to their work lives.

Purposes: Each BIZ group meets for three purposes:

 Spiritual Growth

Engage in study of Biblical Leadership Principles that can be put into practice within business bring about transformation.

 Relational Connections

Establish connections to encourage and support other business and workplace leaders in their personal and corporate lives.

 Business Success

Extend resources and services that can influence the building and growth of a business through the application of God’s Word This program provides everything your church needs, including a startup/launch procedure, leadership training, 24-month curriculum, and evaluation. In addition, CCBF provides ongoing support to leaders in churches that offer this business program.
