OUR MISSION

To compile scientific as well as biblical evidence which supports creation and contradicts evolution and to communicate this information to schools, churches and the general public.

WHO WE ARE

• We believe that the Bible is inerrant, and that salvation is by grace through faith in the one Mediator, Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

• We affirm creation by God in six days, a young universe and Earth, and a worldwide flood in the days of Noah.

• We cooperate with similar ministries across Canada.

OUR PURPOSES

• To promote the cause of creation science in churches, schools, universities, and in our culture in general.

• To relate the Bible of the Christian faith to the sciences and disciplines in the educational world and in industry.

• To promote research to study creation science.

• To co-operate with and support registered creation associations locally, nationally, and internationally to carry out activities whose purposes are consistent with our association.

HOW WE CARRY OUT OUR PURPOSES

We sponsor regular public meetings on origins-related issues, often featuring a special speaker with expertise in a particular field. Visit us on our website www.creationbc.org for a wealth of articles and past talks.We sell books, CDs and DVDs from our resource centre and from our portable displays. A catalogue of creation literature and audio-visual materials will be sent to those requesting it, or you may visit our online store.

Our experienced speakers can deliver a Sunday sermon, conduct a midweek or weekend seminar or teach a Sunday school or home school class or series of classes. We will set up a book table at your church or other selected location. Our scale model of Noah’s ark is available for your church, Sunday School or VBS.

OUR HISTORY

The Creation Science Association of British Columbia was formed in 1967 under the name Bible Science Association of Canada. As such it was the first creation organization in the country. This message is vital to our Christian heritage since it strengthens the faith of Bible-believing Christians.
