I’m working on a short film with Sloan Media called Worth More, about the value of every human life. God has personally been teaching me that I’m valuable and loved by Him no matter what, and with over 60,000 deaths in Canada by euthanasia since its initial legalization in 2016, I know I’m not the only one who needs to hear this message. Canadians need to be reminded that they have worth regardless of their age, their mental or physical health, the way they’re being treated by the government, or any other factor, and we as the church need to remember the hope we have in Christ in the face of suffering and death.
Free screening events start in BC
Please pray for our film, attend one of our screening events, and/or give financially to help us crowdfund our film. All screenings are from 7 – 9 pm and free to all. Please register at www.worthmorefilm.ca

What is your aging mother worth? What is your friend struggling with a mental illness worth? What are you worth? Loud voices in society convey that the basis of human worth is unstable, contingent on what a person can contribute to society. But in the Bible and in the United Nations’ Declaration of Universal Human Rights, we learn that all human beings have inherent dignity.
Every human being from conception to natural death is worthy of respect and honour simply because they are human, and they exist. The Worth More film is being produced because we believe Medical Assistance in Dying is an attack on human dignity, and we believe in contrast that all human beings are worth fighting for and loving to their natural end. Please join us by praying for our film and giving financially. Please also attend one of our screenings to learn more about MAiD and ways to show people they matter just the way they are.
Ways to Pray:
Pray that many people will attend the screening events and God’s Spirit will work powerfully to increase compassion, hope, and courage to stand for life in a culture of death.
Pray the film and screening events will lead to an increased movement of prayers and Christ-like actions against MAiD (euthanasia) and for life. Please pray that people will sign up for the Guardian Angel program that will be promoted, continue to educate themselves on this topic, email their MPs, give to help those suffering, and share the Worth More film with others once it is released.
Pray for God to touch people’s hearts to give that this project will be fully funded.
Pray that MAiD (Medical Assistance in Dying) will not become available to those with mental illnesses in March 2027. Pray instead that the MAiD law will be completely retracted, so people with disabilities and terminal illnesses are also protected.
Pray for comfort and clarity for those struggling with the desire for euthanasia/suicide and that they will realize they still have value and a reason to live.
Check the website for more screenings coming up in other areas of Canada.

I 🙏 that I knew about Gaurdian Angel’s 3 yrs ago,or 11 yrs ago so I could have maybe saved my son from suicide. WCB should be over hauled, as the people running it now are inhumane. They say he fell through the cracks. Nope. They refused to listen, help him medically, mentally & financially. I was a single mother & raised 4 wonderful children & he was exemplary. Lawyers won’t take a WCB claim unless you are extremely wealthy to pay & now we lost a beautiful loving, caring soul. Alot needs change
