Website Ratanak Internationa
Marketing and Communications Manager
(Permanent, Full-Time)
Each year in Cambodia, thousands are trafficked and exploited. We are working with Cambodians to restore those robbed of freedom and protect the vulnerable. Would you consider joining us in this freedom movement?
Ratanak International is a Christian organization that works exclusively in Cambodia to assist survivors of human trafficking and exploitation on their road to freedom and restoration. We see a Cambodia where every individual can live in dignity, achieve their full potential, and experience the love and hope of Jesus Christ.
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager who is equal parts strategic and creative—someone who understands that good communication does more than inform; it inspires compassion, builds trust, and moves people toward meaningful action.
If you’re a collaborative leader and detail-oriented communicator with a heart for justice and excellence, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role
Reporting to the Development & Communications Director, the Marketing & Communications Manager leads the execution of Ratanak’s marketing and communications strategy. This role blends creativity, strategy, and leadership—managing a Digital Marketing Coordinator, collaborating with our Cambodia Field Office, and working closely with contractors to ensure every piece of communication reflects our mission, values, and standards.
